Nutrition re-set 

Initial consultation (1 hour): £360

 

  • In depth discussion to determine client’s goals and priorities 

  • Assess background and relevant weight and medical history

  • Dietary assessment to inform a bespoke nutrition strategy that meets individual needs 

  • Goal setting and nutrition and dietary advice to prevent or support specific stage-of-life needs, medical conditions and chronic disease

  • Personalised meal planner including menu options for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. 

  • Client will receive practical suggestions for improving dietary quality, resources to help meet specific goals such as protein intake and portion sizes as well as meal and recipe ideas if needed

 

Ongoing coaching (30 mins FTF or online) – 8 sessions

  • Client’s progress will be discussed, and any challenges addressed by revising and refining the dietary changes as appropriate

 

Optional extras 

  • Nutritional blood testing for lipids, glucose control, nutritional deficiencies with personalised recommendations to optimise nutrition strategies 

  • Precision body composition analysis by DEXA 

One-off nutrition consultation

Face-to-face or online consultation (90 minutes) £135

 

  • In depth discussion to determine client’s goals and priorities 

  • Assess background and relevant weight and medical history

  • Dietary recall, food quality scoring

  • Goal setting

  • Personalised meal planner including menu options for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks 

  • Practical suggestions for improving dietary quality, resources to help meet specific goals such as protein intake and portion sizes as well as meal and recipe ideas if needed

Weight loss programme

Initial consultation (1 hour) £360

  • Assess background and relevant weight and medical history

  • Comprehensive bodyweight and composition assessment using BIA

  • In depth discussion of optimal weight loss approach

  • Dietary assessment to inform a bespoke dietary strategy to meet weight loss goals

  • Goal setting and nutrition and dietary advice to prevent or support medical conditions and chronic disease

  • Client will receive practical suggestions for reducing energy intake, resources to help meet specific goals such as protein intake and portion sizes as well as meals and recipes options

  • Personalised meal planner including menu options for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks 

 

Ongoing coaching (30 mins FTF or online) – 8 sessions

  • Behaviour change support 

  • Progressive goal adjustment as needed

Sports Nutrition 

Initial consultation (1 hour) £250

  • In depth discussion to establish performance goals

  • Body composition analysis using BIA

  • Dietary assessment leading to a bespoke nutrition strategy that aids performance goals and improves body composition such as increased muscle mass

  • Training guidance

  • Personalised meal planning for training including menu options for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. 

  • Personalised fuelling strategies during events

 

Ongoing support sessions (30 minutes) – five sessions

  • Menu adjustments tailored to changing needs
